Process Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for configuring workflows, supporting systems, maintaining tech processes, and mapping, analyzing, and proposing improvements to the company's internal processes using BPMN tools. BPMN process modeling **Responsibilities** * Configure workflows: design and configure business workflows in SoftExpert, including creation of electronic forms, definition of business rules and deadlines. * Provide system support: resolve execution errors, permission issues, and bottlenecks in active workflows. * Maintain tech processes: update and adjust already-configured processes whenever corporate rules or organizational structure changes occur. * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to the company's internal processes related to technology, software, and systems. * Conduct process assessments, analyses, and modeling. * Map the current state (AS IS) based on interviews, observations, and document analysis. * Build AS IS and TO BE diagrams using BPMN. * Structure formal process documentation (descriptions, flowcharts, procedures). * Support the definition of performance indicators (process KPIs). * Develop schedules and monitor project execution. * Ensure cross-departmental alignment to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Document processes and keep manuals and policies up to date. **Technical Skills** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Management, or related fields. * Prior experience with SoftExpert. * Experience in BPMN process modeling. * Proficiency in BPMN tools (Bizagi, Visio, or Lucidchart). * Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). * Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, MS Planner, Jira). * Availability for on-site work in Fortaleza.
