Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness If you are interested in working in the **k****itchen**, seize this opportunity! **What do you need?** Completed elementary education; Prior experience in this role is desirable; Basic knowledge of food preparation; Familiarity with vegetables, leafy greens, seasonings, fruits, meats, etc.; Availability for the schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM, on a 6 days on / 1 day off rotation. **Your Mission:** Assist the cook in meal preparation; Organize and keep the work area clean; Pre\-prepare foods under your responsibility (vegetables, fruits, cereals, meats, etc.); Maintain kitchen order and cleanliness, including collecting and washing pots, gastronorm containers (GNs), and utensils; Perform food weighing and counting at the end of the shift and report to the cook, among other duties inherent to the position.
