IT INTERNSHIP (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT intern to handle technical service requests, provide support, and perform system installations and updates—contributing with passion and excellence. Here, our purpose is to produce with love—for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to technical service requests related to software, hardware, and network issues; * Provide remote and on-site support to employees; * Install and update operating systems and applications used by the company; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or Computer Networks; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, and/or macOS); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and productivity tools; * Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, VLAN, SMTP, DNS, DHCP) is considered a plus; * Basic knowledge of hardware assembly/maintenance and software support. **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: BRL 900.00; * Group life insurance; * On-site meals; * Total Pass; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Discounts at educational institutions; * Unicialne\- Corporate University.
