If you identify with these values and want to join a team that transforms challenges into opportunities, join KW Brasil! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Challenges:** Support controller department routines by controlling, analyzing, and monitoring costs and expenses, ensuring the reliability of financial information, supporting budget management, and aiding decision-making through the preparation of managerial reports and financial performance monitoring. **Working alongside a team that delivers excellence, you will:** Continuously monitor operational expenses and costs, ensuring control and adherence to the budget; Analyze forecast vs. actual results, preparing strategic managerial reports to support leadership; Perform expense verification and validation, identifying possible inconsistencies or cost reduction opportunities; Support the development and updating of financial indicators related to costs and overhead; Collaborate with finance, administration, and operations departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration (from the 4th semester onward); Knowledge of financial routines and basic controller concepts; Intermediate Excel proficiency. **You stand out if you have:** Previous experience in controller or finance departments; Knowledge of the Protheus system; Experience with corporate indicators and budgeting. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that promote well-being: .
