Position: Learning Coordinator We are looking for a **Learning Coordinator** committed to youth development and the advancement of innovative educational practices. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and oversee professional learning programs; * Develop and implement pedagogical strategies aligned with educational guidelines; * Monitor learners' performance and provide timely interventions when necessary; * Guide and support instructors and facilitators; * Ensure quality in teaching\-learning processes; * Prepare pedagogical reports and performance indicators; * Promote initiatives that strengthen youth agency and social inclusion; * Act as a mediator among the institution, partner companies, and learners. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields; * Experience with learning programs or vocational education; * Knowledge of course validation procedures via the gov portal; * Skills in managing educational teams and projects; * Alignment with third-sector organizations. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with apprentice youth; * Knowledge of apprenticeship legislation (Apprenticeship Law); * Experience in social or educational projects; * Capacity for innovation and use of educational technologies; Desired Competencies * Leadership and organization; * Proactivity; * Empathy and active listening; * Strategic thinking; * Focus on educational outcomes; Additional Information * Location: José Walter neighborhood; * Employment Type: CLT contract; * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Remuneration: R$ 2\.400,00\.
