With over **50 years of history**, we are recognized for our commitment to quality, test accuracy, and compassionate care for patients and physicians. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Management Processes, Hospital Management, or related fields; * Experience in team management; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in laboratory or healthcare settings is a plus; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the unit's team; * Monitor KPIs and performance results; * Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards; * Guarantee excellence in humanized care; * Other duties inherent to the position.
