Job Summary: Hospital Prontocardio is seeking a professional to work in quality management, monitoring indicators, conducting audits, managing processes, and ensuring patient safety. Always committed to humanized and excellence-oriented care, it received ANVISA certification in 2020 for good practices in patient safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** Indicator Monitoring: Track and analyze performance indicators (clinical; Generate reports for leadership and propose data-driven actions; Audits and Assessments: Conduct internal audits and support external audits; Monitor action plans addressing non-conformities; Document and Process Management: Develop, review, and standardize SOPs, flowcharts, manuals, and protocols; Map and optimize processes jointly with involved departments; Patient Safety: Support the Patient Safety Nucleus (PSN); Monitor adverse event notifications and promote preventive actions; Training and Capacity Building: Organize internal training on quality, safety, and institutional protocols; Promote an organizational culture oriented toward quality; Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with all hospital departments; Serve as the liaison between leadership, operational teams, and quality guidelines; And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; Preferred: postgraduate qualification in the field; Knowledge of quality management tools (PDCA, 5W2H, FMEA, etc.); Proficiency in hospital performance indicators; Familiarity with health regulatory legislation (ANVISA, RDC 36/2013, RDC 07/2010, etc.); Experience with hospital management systems (MV); Preferred: familiarity with accreditation processes (ONA, JCI); **Additional Information** On-site meals; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan (30% employee contribution); Dental insurance plan; Wellhub (Gympass); Conexa Saúde; SESC benefits; Partnerships with educational institutions.
