Job Summary: The professional will perform maintenance, repair, and simulation of industrial electronic equipment, ensuring technical quality and optimizing repair time, with effective customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance, repair, and simulation of industrial electronic equipment 2. Diagnosis and repair of electronic circuit boards and electrical control systems 3. Analysis of microcontroller-based, analog, digital, and power circuits Required Knowledge: Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes. Analysis and simulation of industrial equipment on test benches (power and control); diagnosis and repair of electronic circuit boards, including multilayer boards, and electrical control systems. SMD, PTH, and BGA electronic components. Proficiency in operating tools such as: soldering and rework stations, digital and analog multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES PERFORMED IN THIS ROLE INCLUDE REPAIR AND SIMULATION OF INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT IN AN INTERNAL LABORATORY, SUCH AS: FREQUENCY INVERTERS, PLCs, SOFT STARTERS, HMIs, POWER SUPPLIES, AND GENERAL ELECTRONIC BOARDS. OCCASIONAL FIELD CUSTOMER SUPPORT. TESTING AND SIMULATION OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS ON PROTOBOARDS. ANALYSIS AND SCHEMATIC RECONSTRUCTION OF MICROCONTROLLER-BASED, ANALOG, DIGITAL, AND POWER CIRCUITS. REVIEW AND INTERPRETATION OF EQUIPMENT MANUALS AND COMPONENT DATASHEETS. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION ARE TO PERFORM EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE WITH TECHNICAL QUALITY, CONDUCTING PRECISE AND EFFICIENT TESTS, WHILE OPTIMIZING REPAIR TIME. PROVIDE EFFECTIVE AND CLEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEMONSTRATING TECHNICAL MASTERY OF THE TOPICS DISCUSSED. MEET DAILY PRODUCTION TARGETS.
