If you seek innovation and a collaborative environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for your career. **Main responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain new dashboards and APIs; * Implement new features and ensure continuous improvement of the platform; * Ensure application quality, security, and performance; * Collaborate with Product and Data teams to build efficient and scalable solutions; * Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers; * Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning for new features. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Solid experience developing complete web applications, with proficiency in both frontend and backend; * Experience working in collaborative environments and using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Knowledge of software architecture best practices, system integration, and version control with Git; * Advanced proficiency in Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Solid experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular); * Advanced knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs; * Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns; * Experience integrating relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with automated testing and software quality assurance; * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with NestJS; * Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins); * AWS familiarity (EKS, Lambda, S3\); * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with observability (monitoring, logging, metrics); * Experience with: + Authentication / Authorization; + Managing multiple APIs and automated API testing; + API architecture managing different caching strategies; + GraphQL / Graph Server. **Employment type:** CLT **Benefits:** * Health insurance fully covered by the company; * Birthday Off – one day off to celebrate your birthday; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Flexible Benefits Card (Caju) including: – Remote Work Allowance – Culture Allowance – Food Allowance – Meal Voucher * Conexa Saúde – online medical consultations; * Psicologia Viva – online psychotherapy platform.
