Customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication ability **Description:** * Diagnose and resolve issues in laptops and computers; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, including component replacement, consumables, and equipment cleaning; * Maintain accurate records of performed activities and serviced equipment. **Experience and Requirements** * Completed higher education or technical education; * Proven experience with IT equipment; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Customer service skills and good verbal and written communication; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
