As a Junior Technical Support Assistant, you’ll operate at the heart of our operations, ensuring our tracking devices are always ready for use. You’ll join a team that values continuous learning, organization, and quality, in an on-site environment where you can advance quickly and gain practical experience in hardware and IT. * Provide internal technical support to company teams. * Perform maintenance and configuration of tracking boards. * Configure tracking devices according to internal standards. * Produce wire harnesses, relays, and security/anti-theft buttons. * Test and validate the functionality of boards and trackers. * Organize workbenches, tools, and electronic components. * Record activities and report technical issues to the senior team. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience with mobile phone, microcomputer, and/or PC maintenance. * Basic hardware knowledge (assembly, component replacement, testing). * Technical education (completed or ongoing) in IT, Hardware, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Availability for 100% on-site work. * Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with electronic boards, soldering, and component testing. * Experience with tracking or automotive devices. * Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems applied to vehicles. * Prior experience in internal technical support or hardware laboratories.
