Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and waste disposal, ensuring organization and safety of the environments. Support in general building maintenance activities. **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the company's external areas, including vegetation mowing, tree pruning, weeding, and waste collection. \- Carry out cleaning and organization of internal areas, such as restrooms, warehouses, administrative offices, corridors, cafeteria, and other company facilities. \- Collect and properly dispose of waste according to internal procedures. \- Ensure environmental conservation by keeping them clean, organized, and in suitable condition for use. \- Use cleaning materials, equipment, and products correctly, following safety guidelines.
