Job Summary: Supervises the team, controls productivity, ensures quality, and manages workflow in garment manufacturing, including prospecting and visiting external workshops. Key Highlights: 1. Quality assurance and partner prospecting * **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (APPAREL MANUFACTURING)** Schedule: Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00; Fri 07:00–16:00 Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 4,000.00 Benefits: Meal Allowance (R$ 300.00) Location: FORTALEZA-CE **Requirements:** * Must have experience in people management and leadership; * Experience managing production-related issues; * Experience with external sewing workshops; * Experience managing sewing teams; * Knowledge of process methods and time studies; ‌ **Responsibilities:** * Supervise garment manufacturing activities: cutting, sewing, attachment of trims, and finishing; * Monitor labor productivity and efficiency; * Control production costs; * Prepare daily production performance reports; * Monitor and suggest improvements to sewing area workflow to optimize productivity in garment operations; * Ensure quality of manufactured garments by inspecting seams and finishes; * Prospect new workshops compliant with quality standards; * Visit workshops to monitor production progress and inspect deadlines and quality; * External duties (visits to suppliers); * Support pilot garment development to propose improvements facilitating production and/or reducing sewing time; * Request consumable materials in advance; * Identify equipment and machinery requirements; Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$4,001.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
