Job Summary: Manage and control the company's vehicle fleet, monitoring maintenance, operational costs, and performance indicators to ensure safety and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment with site visits and inter-unit interaction Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in fleet and/or logistics management; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance control; * Proficiency in cost management (fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.); * Familiarity with fleet performance indicators (KPIs); * Intermediate Office suite skills (Excel is a plus); * Valid driver's license (Category B or higher); * Willingness to travel frequently between RJ Group units; * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills. Responsibilities: * Manage and control the company's entire vehicle fleet; * Monitor and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; * Control fuel refueling, fuel consumption, and operational costs; * Analyze and monitor fleet performance indicators; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic legislation; * Support driver management and operational routines; * Conduct periodic visits to RJ Group units for fleet monitoring; * Propose improvements for process optimization and cost reduction.
