Monitoring of maintenance, fuel consumption, and documentation **Job Opening: FLEET ANALYST** **Company:** FÁCIL ELETRIFICAÇÕES Work Location: We are seeking a professional to work as a **Fleet Analyst**, responsible for controlling, managing, and monitoring the vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with internal and legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor light and heavy vehicle fleets; * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance; * Monitor fuel consumption, fleet performance, and costs; * Track vehicle documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic fines, and inspections); * Manage contracts with suppliers (workshops, rental companies, insurers, and fuel providers); * Prepare fleet performance reports and KPIs; * Support operational departments in proper vehicle usage; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role or related fields; * **Courses in administration, logistics, fleet management, or related areas**; * Knowledge of maintenance control, cost management, and KPIs; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability; * Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with fleet management and tracking systems; * Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic legislation; * Proficiency with spreadsheets and managerial reporting. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Food basket; * Profit-sharing program.
