Job Summary: The professional will create and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, analyze KPIs, and support store teams, collaborating closely with Marketing, Trade, and Operations. Development and support for store teams **Responsibilities:** Create and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines for campaigns and categories. Analyze KPIs and propose improvements. Support store teams with materials, training, and visual assistance. Conduct store visits to ensure correct execution of VM strategies. Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Operations teams. **Requirements:** Previous experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably within large retail chains). Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and results orientation. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields.
