If you seek innovation and a collaborative environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for your career. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze photovoltaic (PV) plant performance data to identify performance deviations, anomalies, and other faults; * Participate in technical meetings to present analyses, discuss insights, and explore improvement opportunities; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for Delfos Brazil and European clients; * Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track client requests and implement corrective actions; * Collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to enhance existing tools and develop new ones. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with PV plant projects and maintenance, including asset monitoring, performance analysis, or data analysis; * Knowledge of PV plant performance indicators (e.g., PR, availability, losses); * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns and deviations; * Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive, etc.); * Knowledge of SQL and Python (queries and data extraction); * Proactivity and autonomy in conducting analyses; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Direct client-facing experience; * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence agent development; * Proficiency with AI-based code-generation tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.; * Experience in data analysis and handling large volumes of information. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** * 100% company-paid health insurance; * Birthday Off – one paid day off to celebrate your birthday; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Flexible Benefits Card (Caju) including: – Remote Work Allowance – Culture Allowance – Food Allowance – Meal Voucher * Conexa Saúde – online medical consultations; * Psicologia Viva – online psychotherapy platform; * Discounts at educational institutions; * Pharmacy discounts.
