**Job Mission:**
Plan, coordinate, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes, using performance indicators and in-depth technical analysis, with a focus on operational reliability, cost reduction, and support for strategic decision-making.
**Required Education:**
* Technical high school diploma in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation
**Preferred Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production), Reliability, or related fields; postgraduate studies or specialization in PCM or Asset Management
**Required Experience:**
6 months in PCM or technical maintenance planning, with proven experience as a senior analyst or technical leader
**Responsibilities:**
* Define and monitor the annual and weekly preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
* Schedule and manage technical shutdowns and corrective maintenance work orders (WOs), focusing on timely execution and quality.
* Collect and analyze maintenance KPIs (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, physical availability, preventive maintenance rate, maintenance percentage), proposing continuous improvement actions.
* Use maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, CMMS) to record WOs, asset history, and performance.
* Analyze technical data from thermography, vibration, oil, and predictive testing, translating them into practical maintenance actions.
* Prepare technical performance, cost, and efficiency reports for strategic planning by senior management.
* Coordinate interfaces with production, warehousing, and engineering to align priorities and resources.
* Serve as the internal technical reference, guiding maintenance teams and promoting best PCM practices.
* Monitor the corporate maintenance monthly general planning (PGM), identifying delays in schedule adherence and reporting them to the Planning Coordinator.
* Lead weekly managerial analysis meetings (AGS) with PCM supervisors in the absence of the Coordinator.
* Participate in technical meetings and continuous improvement projects within the maintenance area.
