Job Description: The Mid-Level Technical Developer will be responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability. They will work autonomously on medium-complexity technical tasks and collaborate with architects and tech leads to design and evolve the technical architecture of projects. Key Responsibilities * Build Agentforce flows and libraries in Data Cloud; * Develop custom components using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce tools; * Implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware; * Conduct unit and automated testing, ensuring minimum required test coverage; * Review code and support junior developers with best practices; * Document implemented solutions, including technical decisions and integration workflows; * Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on refining technical tasks; * Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement of architecture and code repository organization. Requirements and Qualifications Hard Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Practical experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Flows, etc.); * Knowledge of version control (Git), code reviews (PRs), and deployment (CI/CD); (plus) * Strong understanding of secure and high-performance cloud development practices; * Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications. Soft Skills * Technical rigor with emphasis on quality; * Effective communication skills for interactions with functional teams and architects; * Autonomy in executing tasks and identifying risks; * Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge; * Critical thinking and commitment to final project outcomes.
