




**WORK SCHEDULE**: MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 8 AM TO 6 PM; FRIDAY: 8 AM TO 5 PM **BENEFITS:** TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE (VT); MEAL ALLOWANCE (VR); HEALTH INSURANCE; ON-SITE KITCHEN AVAILABLE. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: PROCESS EMPLOYEE HIRES, TERMINATIONS, AND EXIT INTERVIEWS; MANAGE PAYROLL, VACATION PAY, AND 13TH SALARY; ADMINISTER BENEFITS SUCH AS VT AND VR; ISSUE LABOR AND SOCIAL SECURITY DOCUMENTS (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); MONITOR ELECTRONIC TIMEKEEPING AND WORK SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT; ASSIST EMPLOYEES AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON LABOR-RELATED MATTERS; MAINTAIN AND ORGANIZE PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT FILES; MEET DEADLINES AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT LEGISLATION. **REQUIREMENTS**: EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES, PREFERABLY IN ACCOUNTING FIRMS; FAMILIARITY WITH PAYROLL SYSTEMS AND E-SOCIAL; KNOWLEDGE OF LABOR LEGISLATION AND HR PROCEDURES; STRONG COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. MINIMUM EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE
