We are seeking a **Systems Coordinator** to lead teams, drive strategic projects, and accelerate the company’s technological evolution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate systems teams, ensuring effective execution of activities and seamless integration among groups. * Monitor team performance and productivity indicators, providing continuous feedback and guiding professional development. * Conduct periodic alignment and progress meetings for projects and requests, fostering collaboration, transparency, and focus. * Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of new technological tools, reinforcing a culture of learning and growth. * Define priorities and align deliverables with the company’s strategies and objectives, translating business goals into actionable technology plans. * Coordinate systems projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, scope, and expected business value. * Act as a bridge between technical and business areas, facilitating mutual understanding and informed decision-making. * Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, prioritizing efficiency gains and reduction of operational risks. * Promote standardization, best practices, and technical governance (documentation, versioning, code quality, security, and compliance). * Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of used systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security. * Coordinate technical support for rapid issue resolution and internal user satisfaction (incident, problem, and change management). * Structure and monitor release plans, deployment pipelines, and inter-system dependency management. * Implement agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to optimize time, resources, and metrics according to team context. * Establish clear demand management processes, including backlog management, prioritization, estimation, quality assurance, and acceptance criteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology**, **Systems Analysis**, **Computer Science**, or related fields; Experience in **team leadership** and administrative/personnel routines within the Technology area; Experience in **contract management** and relationships with technology vendors; Experience working in a **systems development environment** (methodologies, programming languages, and tools). Technical Knowledge: HTML, CSS, C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
