Job Summary: This professional will support commercial teams in contract management, customer documentation, proposal preparation, and commission tracking, ensuring smooth administrative workflow. Operation within a business hub that integrates digital solutions. * A new concept of Hub that helps people connect with businesses through solutions and ideas, attracting customers born from relationship-building with unified objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support commercial teams – Government and Private; * Request, receive, and analyze customer documentation for contract preparation; * Assist in preparing commercial proposals; * Track and consolidate sales team commissions; * Manage contract control (Validity / Recurrence / ATA Balance); * Manage the administrative workflow (documentation, validation, contracts, signatures, internal approvals, delivery, billing); * Quote insurance policies and guarantee contracts; * Issue fiscal invoices (NFes); * Monitor and handle commercial e\-mail, ensuring proper handling and/or correct internal routing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); * Experience in customer service; **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: BRL 24.00/day; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Health and Dental Plans (optional enrollment); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Totalpass. **HowBe** is a Brazilian technology company specializing in integrating digital solutions for enterprises seeking innovation, operational efficiency, and technological transformation.
