Furniture maintenance, ceiling repair, and support in carpentry **JOB MISSION:** Perform construction or renovation services involving masonry or concrete at the factory, including foundation preparation and necessary finishing; carry out repairs on walls, ceilings, floors, and doors whenever required; guide assistants during mortar and concrete preparation and when requesting minor tasks. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform construction or renovation services involving masonry or concrete at the factory, including foundation preparation and necessary finishing; Carry out tasks according to established deadlines, safeguarding materials and avoiding waste; Install door frames, doors, and windows using trade-appropriate instruments and in accordance with plans, drawings, and work orders; Perform maintenance on furniture (carpentry) and PVC or plasterboard ceilings; Carry out repairs on walls, ceilings, floors, and doors whenever required; Guide assistants during mortar and concrete preparation and when requesting minor tasks; Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas, ensuring hygiene and compliance with standardized safety and environmental regulations; Collaborate in maintaining tools, utensils, equipment, and other general-use company items under the department’s custody. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** Primary education Minimum 6 months of experience in the field Basic knowledge of occupational safety; **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:** Ethics and transparency Technical proficiency Learning ability Commitment Teamwork Sense of urgency Results orientation Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.094,60 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
