The selection process is being conducted by **Rhesult**, a Human Resources consulting firm. **Main Responsibilities** * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to organizational processes; * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and QMS documents; * Control and provide internal and external documentation; * Monitor performance indicators, analyze deviations (GAPs), and prepare reports; * Support and conduct internal and external audits; * Track non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor ISO 9001 requirements, including calibration control where applicable; * Support process implementation and automation; * Deliver internal training related to the Management System. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Ongoing postgraduate studies in Management and/or Quality; * Intermediate knowledge of Quality Management Systems; * Intermediate knowledge of Quality Auditing; * Certification as Internal Auditor (preferred); * Familiarity with Power BI and process management (BPM/BPMN). **Important: This position is exclusively for professionals residing in Fortaleza/CE.** Interested candidates may apply via the platform or submit their resumes as instructed in the announcement.
