In this role, you will monitor costs, process expenses, headcount, and budget to facilitate better decision-making across the site. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Ensure compliance and reliability of dashboard metrics. * Analyze additional metrics to ensure accurate information and enable efficient monitoring. * Identify process failures and promptly notify appropriate stakeholders. * Generate daily reports to provide foundational information related to the production process. * Monitor environmental, health, and safety activities for plant partners. * Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ----------------- #### **Minimum** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Experience with data analysis (Power BI, Power Automate, etc). #### **Preferred** * Advanced English/Spanish. #LI-Onsite #LI-AC7 At Cargill, all people are important.
