**We count on you for** **Position 1: Logistics Governance Internship** * Analysis, verification, and control of delivery receipts; * Contact with suppliers, carriers, and drivers; * Monitoring of KPIs and communication with internal teams; * Monitoring of payments and trip settlements, operational control; * Authorization of payments to drivers and suppliers. **Position 2: Freight Management Internship** * Creation of purchase requisitions and association of invoices in SAP; * Control of inefficiencies and submission of fiscal documents (CT-e); * Interface with internal departments: Procurement, Logistics, Accounts Payable, and Tax; * Submission of invoices and payment tracking to carriers; * Handling of calls and emails from carriers and truck drivers. **Position 3: Retail Logistics Internship** * Support to the commercial team and management of the order portfolio; * Scheduling and monitoring of deliveries, including follow-up with suppliers, carriers, and customers; * Extraction and control of orders via SAP and scheduling in the TMS portal; * Preparation of reports and KPIs in Excel. **Is this job right for you?** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, International Trade, Accounting, Business Management**, or related fields; * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, data analysis, **Important Information** **We have three open opportunities in the Supply Chain area!** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; * **Work Format:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote; * **Location:** Jandira – São Paulo.
