If you are passionate about technology and customer service, and wish to join an innovative company, this position may be right for you! **What will you do?** * Provide customer support via ticketing portal and telephone * Diagnose and resolve system issues * Record support interaction details in the internal portal * Configure and update the system on customers’ equipment * Perform tests on new features and identify potential errors * Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with SLAs * Suggest improvements to enhance technical support **What are we looking for?** * Interest and basic knowledge of technology and software * Administrative mindset and ability to understand how companies and their processes operate * Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems * Availability to work both onsite and remotely (home office) **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary: R$ 1.900,00 * Meal allowance: R$400,00 * Performance bonus: R$ 650,00 * Transportation allowance (if required) * Work location: Onsite during weekdays, business hours.
