




Description: Required: High school diploma. Desirable: Easy access to the Osasco/SP region; Experience in the Pharmacy field; Availability to work on weekends. * Store materials and medications appropriately following the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) methodology, used for products with expiration dates, ensuring that products with expiration dates closest to expiry are used first; * Fulfill medical prescriptions from departments, as well as handle emergencies arising from hospitalizations and emergency care; * Supply inpatient departments with materials required for nursing procedures and organize materials separately according to requesting departments to facilitate deliveries; * Assist and contribute to inventory control and accounting of items used by patients; * Receive, inspect, register in the company’s system, and store returned products; * Arrange strips of materials and medications into individual drawers of medication carts according to bed assignments; * Prepare medications in divided doses, performing unit-dose dispensing and labeling of medications according to established standards; * Register, sort, inspect, and deliver requested medical supplies via internal requisition or through the computerized system, following established routines; * Inspect medications and materials according to the Surgical Kit Assembly routine, ensuring proper assembly, integrity, and composition of kits to guarantee quality of material usage; * Participate in inventory counts, performing stocktaking in accordance with guidelines outlined in the Inventory Policy; * Conduct weekly counts of materials and medications, per established standards; * Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. 2512220202491126029
