Job Description
GEAP Saúde is seeking a professional for the position of Administrative Assistant to provide beneficiary services and perform administrative routines. Responsibilities and Duties
**JOB 1 – BENEFICIARY SERVICES**
* Provide in-person, telephone, or email support to GEAP beneficiaries and affiliated agencies;
* Perform administrative tasks related to beneficiary registration;
* Respond to service orders concerning beneficiary registration;
* Receive, log, and forward beneficiary requests to the appropriate department;
* Analyze inconsistencies flagged by the corporate system and correct registration errors;
* Record service interactions in the system;
* Register complaints, suggestions, and compliments;
**JOB 2 – ADMINISTRATIVE ROUTINES**
* Provide support to ombudsman services;
* Prepare, receive, and forward technical and administrative documents;
* Prepare internal reports;
* Procure consumables and third-party services;
* Enter data into the system, organize documentation, and send it to archives;
* Perform general financial and administrative routines, as well as other duties relevant to the role and/or department;
* Carry out other related activities within the area of responsibility.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed high school education, validated by MEC;
* Experience in public-facing service routines;
* Experience in administrative routines;
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
Desirable Requirements
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree;
* Experience in health insurance operations.
Salary Range
R$ 4.610,52
