Job Summary: Supervise daily refinery operations, optimize processes, manage teams, and analyze production data for improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization for maximum efficiency and minimum cost. 2. Team management, promotion of training and development. 3. Data analysis for improvements and corrective actions. Responsibilities: Supervise daily refinery operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Optimize refining processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Manage operator and technician teams, promoting training and development. Monitor and analyze production data, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. Requirements: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is a plus; Proven experience in refinery operations; Certification in safety standards (NR\-13, NR\-33, NR\-35\). Knowledge of quality management systems is desirable; Skills: Leadership of multidisciplinary teams; Data analysis and problem-solving; Effective communication and ability to make decisions under pressure.
