Prepare açaí bases, juices, smoothies, and other menu items. Cut, slice, and store fruits and toppings. Assist in order assembly when required. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils and equipment. Monitor expiration dates and inventory of supplies. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support counter staff in restocking products and supplies. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
