About the Position We seek a communicative, organized, and proactive individual to work at the gym's front desk—the first point of contact for our students and visitors. The reception desk is a key element in the customer experience and in ensuring the facility operates smoothly. Main Responsibilities * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Student registration and access control * Presentation of membership plans and enrollment closures * Front desk organization and cash handling * Support in administrative routines * Assistance to instructors and internal staff * Monitoring of overdue payments and plan renewals Requirements * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer literacy * Aptitude for public service and sales * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience working at a gym reception desk * Experience with performance targets and sales * Familiarity with gym management systems Employment Type: Full-time CLT Work Location: On-site
