We achieve our goals in an integrated manner—disciplined, bold, always ethical, and continuously focused on generating value for all our stakeholders. **Responsibilities and duties** The **WORKPLACE SAFETY TECHNICIAN III** will be responsible for: * Conducting safety inspections in operational areas; * Monitoring maintenance and operational activities with a focus on safety; * Delivering mandatory and specific training; * Investigating and documenting accidents/incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures; * Collaborating with operational teams and leadership to promote a safety culture; * Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and current legislation; * Assisting in preparing reports on occupational hazards (insalubridade) and dangerous working conditions (periculosidade); * Providing relevant information for environmental assessments required to compile the Professional Occupational Profile (PPP); * Participating in the analysis of new facility projects, reviewing safety and ergonomic aspects and proposing modifications as necessary; * Coordinating studies for implementing fire protection systems, sizing and resizing equipment to suit site requirements; * Developing and coordinating emergency response plans and conducting emergency drills for employee-performed activities; * Supporting periodic generation of performance indicators for their area of responsibility; * Complying with instructions and regulations; * Performing other duties related to their area of responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** To become a **WORKPLACE SAFETY TECHNICIAN III**, you must: * Hold a completed technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Possess an active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Have prior experience in industrial environments, preferably in port operations; * Possess solid knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs); * Demonstrate ability to deliver training and lead safety dialogues; * Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; * Hold a valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Reside in **São Gonçalo do Amarante/CE** or surrounding areas.
