It is essential that you carefully read all the information before completing your registration.** * * **Work Location:** * Pacaraima/RR **Responsibilities:** * Participate in health care activities by performing procedures regulated within the scope of your profession. * Perform nursing procedures such as vital signs measurement, dressings, medication administration, and other tasks delegated by the nurse, according to your area of practice and regulations, if necessary. * Provide comprehensive health care and reception to the assisted population, considering their needs and cultural specificities. * Conduct health education activities in partnership with the multidisciplinary team, including lectures and group activities promoting health and self-care, among others. * Carry out health surveillance actions. * Identify groups, families, and individuals exposed to risk situations originating from shelter areas, and support care interventions. * Assist in active case-finding of individuals with diseases and conditions requiring compulsory notification, as well as other diseases, health complications, outbreaks, accidents, violence, sanitary, and environmental issues. * Monitor vaccination status among the sheltered population. * Participate in managing supplies required for medical care and other activities. * Identify partners and resources that could enhance intersectoral actions with the team. * Support guidance for referrals when necessary, together with the reference Primary Care Team (APS). * Participate in planning health actions with the multidisciplinary team working in shelters and the reference APS team. * Perform other actions and activities defined according to local priorities. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Technical Nursing Course from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC). * Active registration with the Regional Council of Nursing (COREN) in the state where the professional will operate, or as regulated by the respective Council. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in the Family Health Strategy (ESF) or in primary health care settings. * Sensitivity in working with vulnerable populations, especially migrants, refugees, and stateless persons. * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and availability to work in shelters, accommodations, and other project-defined areas.
