Permanent opportunity to work as a Technical Assistant at the Animal Feed Factory in Castro/PR. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for providing technical support to industrial operations, with a focus on process standardization; * Analysis of production indicators and support for continuous improvement; * Fieldwork alongside operational teams, as well as data analysis, aiming to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across production stages such as grinding, mixing, pelleting, and dispatch. * Monitor and analyze process parameters (yield, energy consumption, productivity); * Support the development and revision of ITs, POs, LUPs, and LPPs; * Monitor tests of new ingredients, additives, or formulation adjustments; * Identify deviations and propose process improvements; * Promote operational programs: Kaizen, Engenhoca, among others; * Support operational training; * Interact with Quality, Maintenance, and Nutrition departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical course in quality, processes, or related fields is desirable; * Experience monitoring processes is desirable; * Experience developing and revising process documentation is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Additional information** At Castrolanda, we value those who are part of our story.
