Preferred qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embodying Brisanet Group's organizational identity; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Using personal and collective protective equipment when required; * Driving company vehicles when necessary; * Performing other related duties as needed by the department and leadership direction; * Maintaining company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Department procedures to ensure proper operation; * Implementing workplace safety processes, such as Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) and use of PPEs, in accordance with applicable legislation; * Performing field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, according to company-defined operational procedures; generating referrals for additional or new sales; * Ensuring the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of resources provided by the company, as well as inspecting the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924683
