Job Summary: Professional to coordinate the technical department, develop occupational safety and health programs and reports, manage a team, and maintain customer relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and active relationship management **Responsibilities:** \- Coordination of the Technical Department. \- Review and development of Occupational Safety and Health programs and reports; \- Review of requests and deliverables submitted by technicians and assistants, preventing errors and ensuring all tasks are executed with excellence; \- Active customer relationship management aimed at satisfaction, ensuring effective service delivery and results with 100% quality. \- Operation of equipment for environmental condition measurements; \- Provision of advisory services to client companies; \- Accident investigation and analysis, including recommendations for preventive and control measures. **Requirements:** \- Completed technical course in Occupational Safety; \- Experience in developing programs and reports (PCMSO, PGR, PPP, LTCAT, etc.) is mandatory; \- Knowledge of the latest updates to Regulatory Standards, Ordinances, and Social Security Normative Instructions; \- Experience using: sound level meters, noise dosimeters, gravimetric pumps, and globe thermometers; \- Strong oral and written communication skills; \- Good interpersonal skills; **\- Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B, is mandatory;** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Selection Question(s): * Have you previously developed occupational safety and health (OSH) programs and reports?
