Delivery of operational training **Job Description** Provide production support in problem resolution; Intervene in production machines and workstations for problem analysis and implementation of new solutions (as per departmental responsibilities); Create and review work instructions and operational procedures; Monitor production adherence to standard production flow; Perform production balancing; Adjust, program, and set targets for machinery; Deliver operational training; Prepare reports for data analysis. **Requirements** Completed technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Processes; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies. **Desirable** Experience in the electronics industry; Intermediate English proficiency; Green Belt certification.
