Agility, support, and quality are hallmarks of our daily operations. **Responsibilities;** * Serve customers in person and remotely; * Prepare quotations and contracts, manage rentals, and conduct post-sales activities; * Update and manage information in the CRM; * Inspect, replace, and receive equipment to ensure quality and availability; * Prospect new customers and monitor satisfaction post-rental; * Organize and archive electronic documents; * Perform duties related to the position. **Requirements;** * Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented mindset; * Prior experience with CRM systems (SISLOC is a plus). **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday — 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM; * Meal Allowance | Food Voucher (R$ 22.50 — Flash Multi); * Medical | Dental Insurance; * Pharmacy and SESC partnerships; * Partnerships with universities and fitness centers.
