Operation of access systems and front desk organization **Position: Doorman – Eusébio/CE** ------------------------------- ### **Job Objective** Control the entry of people and vehicles to ensure asset security and compliance with the site's internal regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers * Perform visitor identification and registration * Monitor suspicious activities and report incidents * Provide courteous customer service and guidance * Manage receipt of packages and correspondence * Operate intercoms, electronic gates, and access systems * Maintain front desk organization and security ### **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior experience in this role is preferred * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility * Flexible availability for work hours ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 1\.788,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 28,80 per day * Monthly food basket: R$ 110,00 * Transportation allowance * Hapvida health plan: 50% company-funded * Hapvida dental plan: R$ 15,00 (optional) * Partnerships with Universidade de Fortaleza, Centro Universitário Fametro, and Serviço Social do Comércio Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
