We offer Remote Concierge Services, ensuring condominium protection through solutions developed to enhance residents’ safety. As a franchisor, Porter provides guidelines to over 60 franchises across Brazil—including 9 flagship franchises (company-owned units), also known as Model Units. Our flagship units primarily handle sales of our solutions, equipment installation, maintenance and support, as well as relationship management with syndics and residents.
