**Job Description**
Assist with administrative and operational support tasks for departments under the COO's management;
Assist in communication and coordination of activities among Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Information Technology (IT), Administration, and other departments;
Assist in organizing and managing documents, records, and materials related to continuous improvement projects (Lean);
Monitor interdepartmental activities, updating controls, records, and progress of actions as requested;
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing minutes, tracking action plans, and performing other administrative support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations;
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documents and records are always up to date;
Prepare spreadsheets, simple reports, and presentations as directed by leadership;
Perform other administrative tasks related to the role, under leadership guidance and supervision.
**Requirements**
Completed high school education;
Interest in working in the administrative field;
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook);
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship program work schedule (6 hours per day);
Availability to attend a mandatory weekly course in Fortaleza \- CE.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1\.066,00 per month
