It is a strategic and executive position with direct impact on: * Safety * Costs * Productivity * Quality * Sustainability * Business Growth **Responsibilities and Duties** Assets & Maintenance Management * Structure and lead physical assets management with focus on reliability, lifecycle, and CAPEX/OPEX. * Implement and sustain advanced-level TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). * Develop and consolidate preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance. * Lead root cause failure analyses (RCA, FMEA, FTA) and robust loss elimination plans. * Ensure maintenance plans align with safety, quality, and productivity requirements. Operational Excellence * Apply Lean Manufacturing with focus on operational stability, loss reduction, and OEE improvement. * Establish visual management, clear KPIs, and structured review rituals. * Embed 5S practices as a culture—not merely as a tool. * Work intensively with KPIs such as: * MTBF, MTTR * OEE * Physical Availability * Maintenance Cost per Ton * Backlog and Plan Adherence Industry 5.0 & Technology * Act as a transformation agent toward Industry 5.0, integrating: * Asset sensing and monitoring * Maintenance digitalization * Data analytics for decision-making * Support automation, energy efficiency, and sustainability projects. * Use CMMS / EAM (Tractian System) in a structured and disciplined manner.
