**JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure proper management, storage, and control of products within the inventory, guaranteeing that materials are organized, accurately accounted for, and available as required by the company. Ensure proper management and processing of data related to merchandise control, supply, and replenishment, utilizing computerized systems to optimize procurement and storage processes. **EXPECTED JOB OUTCOMES:** * **Manage storage** and product placement in the warehouse to optimize space usage. * **Control incoming and outgoing items**, recording movements to prevent discrepancies. * **Conduct periodic inventories**, verifying the accuracy of records. * **Manage and maintain procurement and inventory control systems**, ensuring data accuracy. * **Ensure accurate recording of product inflows and outflows**, preventing inventory inconsistencies. * **Monitor purchase orders**, track deadlines, suppliers, and deliveries. * **Generate reports and analyses** on consumption, restocking, and merchandise movement to support decision-making. * **Ensure security and integrity of inventory- and procurement-related data**, preventing system failures and information loss. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Daily entry of invoices, transfers, and accounts payable into the ERP system (Solução Sistema). * Submit payment slips via courier in advance to ensure timely payments. * Procurement Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement and supply processes. * Research and Development: Identify new markets, suppliers, and alternative products to reduce costs and improve quality. * Quotation and Negotiation: Conduct price research, negotiate with suppliers, and finalize purchases under optimal conditions of price, quality, and delivery time. * Procurement Process: Place orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure compliance with negotiated terms. * Inventory Control: Receive, store, and organize products, ensuring integrity, validity, and easy retrieval. * Distribution and Logistics: Pick and deliver requested products, and track returns when necessary. * Inventory and Organization: Perform physical inventory counts, maintain an organized and up-to-date storeroom. * Supplier Relationship Management: Update supplier registrations and price lists, and conduct technical visits to ensure quality and reliability. * Analysis and Reporting: Prepare competitive analysis maps and reports to support strategic decision-making.
