Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support and monitor operations at our Distribution Center, with interest in learning logistics processes using ERP/WMS. Key Highlights: 1. Process and system development in logistics About the Opportunity We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support and monitor operations at our Distribution Center. Main Responsibilities Receiving * Assist in verifying and organizing received goods * Help validate quantities, labels, and movements * Record operational flow in ERP/WMS Warehousing * Assist in physical inventory organization and location addressing * Support internal movements and storage control * Contribute to warehouse operational efficiency Picking and Verification * Monitor order picking * Assist in operational verifications and discrepancy resolution * Support operation priority control Shipping * Organize orders and shipments for dispatch * Assist in loading verification and order status tracking * Support shipment, route, and priority control Operational Control * Use ERP/WMS and data collectors * Support inventory counts, discrepancy analysis, and internal controls * Report inconsistencies and deviations to immediate supervisor Behavioral Profile * Organization and sense of responsibility * Proactivity and attention to detail * Good communication skills and ability to work well in teams * Interest in learning logistics processes and systems Requirements Mandatory: * Completed high school education * Basic computer knowledge * Aptitude for systems and operational routines Preferred: * Experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping * Knowledge of ERP/WMS * Experience with data collectors * Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have your own transportation?
