Job Description: **Work Location:** Mercado do Sabor \- Messejana **Requirements** Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Previous experience in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Whintor/WMS system. **Responsibilities** Monitor inventory levels; Record incoming store merchandise and scan product barcodes; Arrange shipments/transfers of merchandise to the Distributor or other stores; Assign daily tasks to the team; Supervise merchandise receipt, verifying quantity, quality, and documentation; Establish efficient product organization and storage; Conduct periodic inventories with the team to ensure record accuracy and identify potential discrepancies (within the Whintor/WMS system); Manage the product picking and shipping team, ensuring products are transported to the store under appropriate conditions; Actively propose improvements to processes and inventory organization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE by the team; **Working Hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Saturday \- rotating shift** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
