Job Summary: Supervise the production team, ensuring product quality and the organization of the production process, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Safe and collaborative work environment **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the production team in daily activities; * Ensure proper collection, separation, and preparation of materials for production; * Ensure materials are available and in good condition for use; * Monitor product quality throughout the entire production process; * Identify potential non-conformities and take preventive and corrective actions; * Oversee final product packaging, ensuring compliance with quality standards; * Maintain workplace and equipment organization, cleanliness, and maintenance; * Promote a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment; * Monitor team performance and productivity indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in production supervision; * Knowledge of quality control and production processes; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the industrial sector; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
