Work environment that values team collaboration **DOUGH MIXER** **Maracanaú \- CE** We seek committed, organized, and eager-to-learn individuals to prepare the doughs used in manufacturing our products. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Prepare doughs according to the technical specification list for each product; * Sort, verify, and weigh raw materials; * Operate the dough mixer and monitor the mixing process; * Supply the production line according to established standards; * Verify the quality and temperature of raw materials; * Replace grinder discs as needed; * Maintain a clean and organized work area; * Comply with Quality, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety procedures. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed or incomplete elementary education; * Prior experience is not required; * Availability to work the first shift (MON 02:00 \- 12:10 / TUE\-FRI 03:00 \- 12:18); * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Must reside in Maracanaú or nearby regions. **BENEFITS** * Meals provided at the company; * Transportation allowance; * 50% subsidized health plan; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy and educational institution partnerships; * Well-being program; * Discounts on products from our brands; * Night shift allowance.
