On 2 weekdays, the shift runs from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (8 hours). On the other 4 weekdays, the shift runs from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM (7 hours). Scheduling follows a Monday-to-Monday cycle, with 1 fixed weekly day off and 1 Sunday off per month (this Sunday off begins after 1 month of employment). Regarding transportation, we provide a Transportation Allowance of R$ 5.40 for the commute to work and R$ 5.40 for the return trip. **RESPONSIBILITIES – KITCHEN ASSISTANT (JAPAMANIA)** A Kitchen Assistant is responsible for providing direct support to kitchen operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and adherence to the company’s quality standards. ***1\. Food Pre\-preparation*** * Washing and cutting vegetables, leafy greens, and fruits * Preparing basic ingredients (rice, sauces, fillings, etc.) * Sorting supplies according to production demand ***2\. Production Support*** * Assisting in plating dishes and fulfilling orders * Supporting sushi chefs and cooks * Following established plating and presentation standards ***3\. Cleaning and Organization*** * Keeping countertops, utensils, and equipment clean * Washing kitchenware and utensils * Organizing refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas * Strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations ***4\. Supply Control and Organization*** * Storing food items correctly * Checking product expiration dates * Assisting with ingredient restocking during operating hours ***5\. Efficiency and Production Flow*** * Monitoring order volume and pace * Ensuring speed without compromising quality * Collaborating as a team to maintain store standards ***6\.
