Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with Recruitment and Selection department activities, including candidate scheduling, job posting, resume screening, and candidate communication—contributing to attracting and engaging qualified professionals for our team; * Manage, populate, and update spreadsheets; * Support report preparation, as well as data updates and maintenance in systems; * Assist with documentation control and onboarding processes for candidates; * Support other Human Resources department activities, contributing to the team’s performance and internal process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration; * Availability to intern 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday; * Must maintain an active and verified enrollment at a higher education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Must be enrolled from the 4th semester onward and no more than 1 year away from graduation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** * Career Development; * Mentoring; * Project Participation; * Systemic Business View; * Market-competitive internship allowance; * Transportation Benefit; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Life Insurance.
